Songs not downloading on 5s

Just got my 5s yesterday
Everything from the icloud backup is done restoring...Except the music!
I have 208 songs and they have been stuck at waiting to download since yesterday?!
I can't do the 7.03 update because it won't install until icloud restore is done.
What do I do to fix this?
Tried resetting and it got stuck in restore mode,had to plug into iTunes to fix.
Still everything has restored but my music.
Anyone else have this issue?

Have you backed up your music to iTunes ?
If you have connect to iTunes.

When you go to charge your iPhone plugging into iTunes, check "purchased items only" under music.

You shouldn't have a problem then.

It's all music that I purchased of iTunes,so it's already in icloud
It shows up under purchased,it just says waiting to download,been that way over 24 hrs

This happened to me before and it was photos still downloading. Go to settings, general, and about. Watch it for a little bit, is the number of photos climbing?

If not, have you been connected to wifi? You need to be.

Yes I am connected to wifi
I went to settings and about,number of songs is 0 and it hasn't changed

Watch the number of photos, not songs.

That happened to me the other day, I purchased songs on iTunes on the Mac and I have it set to automatically download into my iPhone, but I noticed that it was stuck at "waiting" for like a half hour, so what I did is I deleted the songs from the download page and went to the "purchased" section and selected "not on iPhone" and redownloaded them and that's what got it to work. Try doing that if it doesn't continue downloading after the restore is complete.
