Songs won't sync to phone...

OK, so I now have another issue, lol.

I have disabled iTunes Match on both my computer and phone and certain music will not sync to the phone at all.

If I look at the music listed on the iphone, it has the CD listed but it is greyed out and says "streaming". There is no way to get it on there now.

Any clue on if there is anything I can do?

The track must be downloaded and located on your hard drive (not the cloud) for it to transfer to your device.

It is on my hard drive, won't transfer to the phone tho.
