Not much on here about these headphones. I just picked up a set and figured I'd briefly report on them.
Overall they are very nice. The cord is covered in breaded with a rope like material. Seems as though it's going to be very durable - particularly when compared to other earbuds I've looked at. It's also very long- which is nice. The mic is a bit higher than I'd like but seems to work well.
The earbuds seem to fit my ears pretty well so I've got no complaints here. Other's mileage may very on this front though.
In terms of sound quality, I'd say the word that comes to mind is clarity. They seem to be very crisp. Highs are clean and i can hear more detail than I've experienced with the Apple earbuds (and other inexpensive sets). My only complaint is that they lack a bit of the low end that I prefer. My guess is that these represent lower frequency's as they are intended - and I just prefer the bass to be dialed up more. I'm running them using the iphones 'Loudness' eq setting.
I'm no headphone expert and really don't have much experience with higher end headsets so take this for what it's worth. I've to hear the sound from some of the high end 2 and 3 driver setups.
