I just upgraded from Ventura to Sonoma, and looks like Apple has finally fixed a graphics bug that has been with us for years, probably since Big Sur. It affected the color and transparency of the menu bar when using certain wallpapers and multiple desktops with Mission Control. The menu bar was either black or a low transparency gray until you went in and out of Mission Control on each desktop. Here's what it used to look like:
