Sometimes the screen is "bigger than the screen" (see video). The fix is easy, just go into Settings and change the screen settings from one resolution and back, but it's weird that it happens at all. Have any of you experienced this?

I only experience it on an external display on my MBP M1 16" since it's in clamshell mode 99% of the time.

 
It looks like you (maybe accidentally) zoomed into the screen. Check System Settings > Accessibility > Zoom.
