Sonos & Time Capsule

Hi all and thanks in advance

I am thinking about getting a Sonos system and recently heard that you can plug in the Time Capsule and not require your mac to be on to play music.
Is this true? If yes how does it work (i.e. just back up your mac to it or save all music on it like an external HD)?

It is true. I am using the Sonos with my Time capsule. Just copy you music on to the time capsule (just like an external HD) and point the Sonos to it...
