Sony browser extension not working for ppc?

-trying to install browser extension for sony online game site...however no matter what browser i try (firefox,camino,seamonkey,tenfour,safari) it says it can't install this extension (im guessing only works for intel)...and thus kids can't play online games...

any ideas or ways around this

sorry for the late answer. i answerd your pm too. Just so that everyone else who mite be interested can see, i'm running firefox 3.6.28.
