sony picture motion browser for mac

I LOOVED PMB when I had a PC and was really disappointed that there wasnt a mac version when I switched.. I recently saw something called PMB Portable which works on Macs, but I think that is specific to a certain camera

My question is: Is it possible to run PMB on a mac (other than running parallels/etc, which I find a pain to do every time I want to see pictures)

Any suitable alternatives? In particular I loved the calendar features where it displayed everything organized by time on a calendar that you could navigate through

Is there any application that has a calendar view like PBM or like Adobe photo shop album back in 2002???
