Sony's no Apple...

iJon is exactly right. Sony and Apple do not have a very good working relationship. That's why many of Sony's products are not compatible with the Macintosh platform. As for a future together, I don't see it happening. Apple has a great relationship with canon, that's why they recommend their products. Look for Canon and Apple to work closer in the future, and don't be surprised if Apple and Sony distance themselves even more.

if apple was anywhere as saavy as sony business-wise, then apple would also be a giant like sony, not a niche performer
