Like the title says, I want to upgrade my already jailbroken ios4 iPad 2 to ios5 without losing any of my information because there are a lot of apps on the market currently that require you to download ios5 for the app to work, so I'm wondering if it's anyway possible to skip upgrading to ios6 and instead go to ios5?

You need SHSH's for 5.x restores as well as SHSH's for 4.3.3
