Does anyone have any alternatives for Software to draw, edit and view building plans, that DO NOT come from Autodesk??

I am SO F#(%!^@ SICK of their products being such memory hogs, for things as simple as line drawing. Any mac alternatives? Gawd i wish Apple would develop something...
 
There are a few listed here.

I'm leaning toward turbocad for my use but I'm not ready to buy any time soon.
