The last day of fall is December 21, 2011. Knowing how apple regulates their so called season dated releases I wouldn't be surprised if they don't release it until November or December. That's almost 17 months after the last iOS release, I mean, is that even good business or did we drink the kook aid and are too far gone to care? I'm sure iOS 5 will be great, I'm just saying anything over 12 months seems like a crappy business practice to the loyal costumers.

They're probably going to couple iOS 5 release with the "iPhone 5" release which was guessed around September, right?

Of course I'm just guessing.

It will come out in September and the new iPod touch will ship with it. Don't believe me? Come back in September and see for yourself.

The next iPhone will likely be released in September based on all indications. iOS 5 will launch shortly before the new iPhone's release if Apple stays true to form.

It seems like you have it all figured out.

People just parrot others' opinions which may or may not have any basis in any sort of fact.
