I just has to share this with you guys. After an exhausting day at school, my MB was resting on it's desk, and I decided to use my mom's Windows ME box. No good idea. Looking at Apple MacBook Pro page, rightclicking on a link...
BAM!

Well okay, it didn't blow up, but woulda been cool.

I don't understand. Isn't that the normal GUI for Windows ME?

Well, it appears most of the time, but this is the BSOD, not the standard ME desktop. Looks just like 95/98/2000.

Oh I see. Every ME box I've ever seen has that screen displayed, so I just assumed....

;)

 what, yer macbook was tired?:D

meh, actually my brothers were gone to bed, and i was gonna carry my guitar down to my parents office to play. I always bump my macbook into a helluva lot of stuff carrying both, and i'm too lazy to fetch his sleeve, and besides that, that computer is the most reliable windows i ever used. xp even crashed more on my macbook.:(

The machine crashed so bad, it even looks as though the English is messed up. ;)

I'm surprised that anyone is still running Windows Messy Edition.

But it's not in English anyways. The kid's from Denmark. ;)

It's also written in Winspeak. The only way you can understand it is to be a Windows fanboy. They know how get that "press any key to continue" thing to work.

On that note, I never had that issue with ME. I just had an issue in which the Bootup got so far corrupted it wasn't even worth it.

Actually, my mom's computer is way more reliable than my old Win XP Pro laptop.

To my mommies peecee's defence, it only has a 1 GHz Celeron, 256 MB RAN, 40 GB HDD and a GeForce 2 MX200:p

She's getting an iMac as soon as Leopards' out
