...i hope you like the design of the page. It's a page about a lovely country called australia. Wonderful and far away from germany, but with places like living in paradise.

It's like a travel blog. Sadly, my english isn't so good to rewrite it in english.

Those are some big page loads. Some are close to one meg. You may want to cut down on some of your images. I got around 8-10 seconds per page and you want to be around 2. That JS bugs me on the home page when the text overwrites the existing text. Did you build this Joomla theme yourself?
 
Looks good, the only negative points in my eyes, are the "Read more..." on the main page on the top with the changing texts, and the Highlights section.

As your page is in German, those two should also be in German.

"Weiterlesen" is appropriate and "Höhepunkte" is a much better word than highlights anyway, but that is just my beef with anglicisms in languages other than English.

thanks for your feedback! Its my design, but the jquery (javascripts) and parts of the css are not written by myself.

I can cut down some images, but i'm of the opinion that the page isn't slow itself.

I redesigned the header now, looks nicer.
