I would like to make a public apologie to certain members of macforum
they know who they are
i apologise about our discussion on shsh blobs on file

after some thurough research it came to my attention that i was WRONG
yep i was WRONG
and on discovering this i have been well lets just say a little embarraced and i do aoplogise if i was in anyway out of line
trust me guys this is hard to do and say
I AM SORRY , I AM SORRY :'( :''( :'''(
 
Holy crap! Good on ya, bud! Seriously...I've been reading this forum for a few months now and I can honestly say you're the ONLY person I've seen that actually has admitted to, much less apologized for, being wrong about something.

I'm sure you and I both will get flamed, and I admit I haven't read the offending thread you're talking about, but nevertheless color me impressed. :D

Some people here need to get over themselves (and like you said, they know who they are.)

No worries man - Thanks for the apology. Decency is something that is generally missing from this forum so admitting when you are wrong is a good place to be.

Well haven't this before. I know I made mistakes none of us are perfect. this is a forum a place of discussion opinions and experience.

Figured you were in for a shock when you figured it out. But you shocked me by this thread.

his thread was DOWNGRADE 4.0 new bootrom to 3.1.3 iphone OP I would suggest you report your thread and ask it be deleted so that it don't give misinformation or confuses somebody!
 
This is nice. Takes stones. But what I'm trying to figure out is why you didn't try to weezle your way out by pointing your finger at other posters for also being wrong. ;)
 
While I appreciate your apology, I would appreciate it more if you stopped posting misinformation and bad advice, as you did most recently less than an hour before you posted this apology (advising a 3GS owner to get his 3.1.3 SHSH on file). Actions speak much louder than words.

why would i not tell him to back up shsh blob

could you post link to that thread were i misinformed him so i can look at it as i can not find it

pretty interesting reading going on in that thread (calling out . that is heavy you never do that)
anyways i was not aware that apple were not signing as far as i knew they were signing up untill 4.0.1 came out.
and he might have them backed up to cydia anyways .
kinda the same thing happened to me (remember lol~)
i had mine saved and was not aware of it kinda reminds me i should phone orange and tell them that i did not receive a brand new iphone but instead it was a refurb .

1. for making the biggest balls up EVER.
2. for making a public apology on the internets

but i have to say when i'm wrong i do admit it takes some time to do but i do admit it hence the public apology
but when i research i find that i am right oh man thats a different story lol

figured i'd be a man about it and admit i was wrong
trying to weeezle your way out of something can sometimes look even worse on you lol
