Sort PDF pages by timestamp

I scanned a large number of printouts into a single PDF file, with OCR. All of the pages have a printed timestamp at the bottom of each page from being printed from a web browser. Is it possible to have the pages sorted by the date in the timestamp, or do I have to sort them manually?
