iPod Sorting TV-Shows on Ipod

Hey,

I've recently bought a 120gb ipod, and I was wondering if it is possible to sort the TV-Shows on your Ipod in folders. By that I mean, that when you go to Main menu > Videos > TV-Shows, that you don't see every single show you have on your ipod randomly sorted, but a folder per show, for example: Main Menu > Videos > TV-Shows > South Park > "your episodes".

I'm pretty sure it's possible, but I don't know how to do it.

My iPod touch orders them nicely if they are completely tagged with a tool like MetaX or bought from the iTunes Store. Are yours tagged?
