Sound balance keeps going to far right?

twice now when using my BT headphones iv put them on to find sound is faded to far right only....sure enough the balance slider was moved to the right.

do u have pro tools installed? even after i uninstalled PT, the problem persisted (audio balance knob jumped to one side). this worked for me: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/balance-lock-fix-audio-drift/id1019371109?mt=12
