Hey just got my MBP 2.8 and its fantastic..BUT it sounds like there are more sound in the right speakers than in the left speakers. also it sounds like the left speakers is more discant. how can that be? i'v checked the systemsettings..

hmm..okay

The "sub woofer" is mounted on the right side. That may explain it.

Thank you for the quick answer Bartelby, so that also explain why the start tune (when i turne it on) seems much louder from the right speakers?

you dont think there is anything wrong with my soundcard?

do you know anyways to test it?

if that's the case, you could try adjusting the balance to correct it. Sys prefs -> sound -> output

I have already checked that.... and thats not the reason... i really dont know what to do now..
