When I boot into Windows, on every startup I get the Found New Hardware popup twice for "Battery." It then fails to find the installer for it, and subsequently I get two "Unknown device"s in my Device Manager under "Batteries." While this doesn't affect my computing in any way, it's rather annoying to have to click through 4 message windows and 3 bubble popups on every boot into XP. Anyone know any solutions to this?
Additionally, I get no sound while in XP. In my Device Manager there are no unhappy exclamation points in my "Sound, video and game controllers" section, but the "Other devices" section has an exclamation'd "PCI Device" and two "Unknown device"s. There's also another "PCI Device" in the "System devices" section that's exclamation'd, but that may or may not be related to the one in the "PCI Device" in the "Other devices" section...?
Any help in resolving these issues would be great, thanks!
