Sound, but no picture on Apple TV converted file.

Hello

I have had an Apple TV since they came out but something bizarre has happened to just one file and I don't know what I have done wrong.

I converted a film as normal with the (new) Handbrake, when I try and watch it on Apple TV all I get is the sound but just black picture, sometimes when I load it it takes ages to start too.
The film works fine in Quicktime and iTunes, this is what has confused me as I've converted loads of films but never had this happen before.

In Handbrake I used the Apple TV preset and didn't change any of the picture settings.
