Hello people.
I have my Macbook pro 2012, it has a sound problem, it does not emit sound on the internal speakers much less on the headphones output, I tried everything, I did the NVRAM reset, I reinstalled the new system the x, and it did not work in nothing .... help people as I do to solve this problem.

>speakers
>click mute
>unclick mute

that should work, i need todo that once month

Very strange, it's not finding any output devices whatsoever. My initial instinct would be something hardware related.

To troubleshoot this, please can you create a new administrator user account and login through that. Are you having the same issue with no outputs detected or does it work through there? This should confirm if it's software or hardware.
