I am using an M-Audio Firewire 1814, and when I am in windows, everything is high pitched, the only way to get rid of it is to turn the interface on and off, but then it's like hotplugging it. Also, when I reboot into Mac after being in windows, a small window comes up at the bottom of the screen that says updating firmware on the interface. That screen doesn't go away, and makes the interface unusable. Again, I have to restart the interface to make it work. Does anyone know what can be wrong?

Thanks.
