Hey everyone,

I captured a scene from a movie onto my iMac, and I'm wondering if there is some sort of software that can take out the music and even the voices but still leave in the sound effects.

If you don't have the technical skill to do it, then this isn't nearly as easy as you think.... but there are a number of free sound editors, varying in prowess, including Audacity (moderately powerful) and JACK (extremely powerful).

i don't think there will be. People pay a LOT of money to do that kind of editing. It'll be easier to just re-record the sound effects.

To quote myself... this is just as easy as getting the complete egg out of the cake again.
