ever since i upgraded mavericks my sounds from speakers suck.. both my bose and MBP have like a fuzz behind it like the speaker is blown or just really sucks... but then when i hook bose up to my iPhone, it sounds great... what could of happened??

what do you mean "hard" reboot??? i restarted my MBP if thats what you mean, to no avail.
same here. My speakers and headphones suck. The volume is terribly low and noisy. I hope you find us a solution ASAP.
I havent noticed that... What I have noticed is that when I press the keys to turn up and down the volume, its really laggy and sometimes they make different sounds, like a higher and lower pitch...
I see. Sorry, I thought it was worth a bash. It fixed my sound problems back on one of the developer previews.
hey talked to apple support, don't know if you solved the issue but i have. The issue, oddly enough, was the iTunes equalizer! (iTunes Menu bar>Windows>Equalizer) my issue was the bass booster was on, not sure why since it worked fine with mountain lion, but turning off the equalizer did the trick!! I'm sure you could also manipulate the sliders to correct it as well.
