Sound works with Quick Time, iTunes, and VLC but its not working with Java run programs such as YouTube.com and Google Video. HELPPPP!

These are flash based. Go to Macromedia.com and get the latest version of Flash (9.x.x).
Otherwise, I dunno what could be wrong.
