Sound not working for one app only

I bought iStooges and instead of hearing Moe say, "Spread out!", I hear nothing. Anyone experience this issue on iPhone4?

I tried a lot of fixes. Deleted the app on phone and iTunes, downloaded a fresh one. My phone had only three other apps, so I deleted those to see if they caused conflict. I reset the phone. Still, no sound. iFart does the fart sounds, but no Stooges sound happen.

I contacted the developer. They said it works on their iPhone 4s and iPads. I reported my fixes to no avail and haven't heard back from them.
