Hello Everyone

All of a sudden the sound is not working when viewing Apple TV+. It is working fine on any other services but nothing happening with ATV+. Ive searched and found no comments on it anywhere. Thoughts?

Sound has been coming and going on mine for a few weeks now, corresponding to one of the software updates I think. It is a crap shoot when turning the TV on. Usually switching to a stereo source then back to 5.1 clears it. Apple continues to have problems with software quality.

You may want to check if your AppleTV software is up to date.

The sound from the speakers. If I change to 5.1 or Stereo it works fine but I had to do that to get it to work again.

I have a similar issue. But different maybe? Every time I turn on the Apple TV+ app, there is no sound from the soundbar. All other apps (eg Amazon Prime, DirecTV Stream, etc.) work fine. The only "fix" I've found is to unplug the soundbar and plug back in again, then it works. A real PITA.

LG C9 OLED, Apple TV Model 1842, tvOS 16.5, Bose 700 soundbar.
