Sound on/off switch

Hi, I just got my iphone replaced at the Apple store and just noticed something weird. When I put my phone on silent and then shake it to reload a app, the little toggle switch vibrates and I can hear it. I just wanted to know if anyone else had the same problem. I know it doesn't do anything to functinality but it's kinda annoying.

ive heard of this problem its a hardware flaw i would take it back to apple
