Sound Output changes

Hi,

sometimes when I am using my computer, I can't change the volume. This is what I see:

I go to Apple Menu/System Preferences/Sound/Output tab, and see this:

I change the output to internal speakers, and everything works fine again. It seems to happen totally randomly. I have no idea what iTea is.

I have no idea what iTea is.

Do a Spotlight search for iTea and see what comes up.

A quick search on Google shows it as being a part of SRS iWOW. Some kind of third party sound "enhancer".
