Sound output?

I have a Unibody Macbook, and have had it for a decent amount of time so far. No problems what so ever, best purchase I've made. However, all of a sudden the sound output doesn't work whatsoever. No matter what I plug into it, it'll keep playing on happily through the internal speakers.

Any ideas?
