Sound Problem

I am having a problem with the sound on my iPhone 6s. I noticed it first, with the keyboard clicks. It goes very faint, but also skips when I am typing so that I hear clicks, and then sometimes nothing. I thought it was isolated to that and was not going to worry too much. But then in some of my apps it is happening. Has this happend with anyone? Were you able to fix it? And if you fixed it, how?

Get this on my 6s and air 2. I think it's software as never noticed on my air2 until recently. Ended up switching off keyboard sounds on both.

Thanks for your response. I took it to an Apple store, and was basically called a liar. I am upset with Apple and just want to know how to fix it.
