Sound problems and app starting problem after updating to Sequoia

Before updating to Sequoia, all were working fine. Now I have sound and app starting problems.

1) When I run link of meet with my family, it was fine before update. Now no sound goes to meet family members.

2) When I open am mp4 file with VLC, it used to work with normal with or without my AirPods 2nd gen. Now it works only when connected to AirPods. Without AirPods, app opens video, but do not run at all.

Kindly help me to solve these problems.

Same here. After updating to Sequoia, mp4 files play without sound. I have not tested all contingencies, all I am aware of is that there is no sound when mp4's are played in the finder, in VLC, or in Logic Pro. Please comment, if you have any insight. Thanks.

I restarted my MBA M1. Now All are fine!
