Hello Everyone,

My iphone 4s won't let me hear music on speaker! i have to plug in the earphones in order to hear music! and i dont hear the lock sound and the button clicks eventhough i turned them ON!
anyone can tell me how to fix this issue??

Start with the obvious I guess...

Is your volume up? Volume control for speaker & headsets is independent, you can have full volume on headsets & all the way down on speaker. However that shouldn't prevent you from hearing lock sound (unless your mute switch is also on).

Does the speaker work? e.g. can you make a call on speakerphone?

Yeah when i call someone the speaker works perfectly.
Im not on mute mode: I can hear everything else e.g: the notifications when i receive anything!

its just the music that i can't hear on speaker. the lock sound and the buttons click i cant hear them on speaker and on earphone !! ( i turned them ON)

I tried to reset it, switched it on/off a couple of times... still not working!!
