Sound quality awesome on iphone 6 plus

I am moving to the 6 plus from the iphone 5 and have noticed that the audio quality on apples stock EarPods is dramatically better on the iphone 5. The same song downloaded from the iTunes store sounds so much richer with better bass as compared to the 5 . Has anyone else noticed this?

I agree! An app called 'CanOpener' works wonders for improved sound quality... and acts as a replacement for the default Music app.
