Sound signal - what is it for?

Many times, my rMBP makes some kind of sound signal. I don't know how to describe it, but it should be there to signifying something. It comes just out of nowhere.

Do you know what sound I'm talking about? Do you know what is it for?

Maybe look at this video and point to the sound via telling us the time?

Ok, I recorded it. I just turn my computer out of sleep and then it appears. Look at 0:09.

If this is really coming from the speakers it may be a 3rd party sound for something, but not a OS X system sound afaik

Yes, it's definitely coming out of speakers. I haven't determined yet what it should be. Probably some kind of notification from any other app.
