Sound Sticks Not Working?

Hi, I have The Harmon Kardon Sound Sticks II and they are no longer working. I'm wondering if since I updated there not working. I am using a 20" Intel Imac with OS 10.4.7 When I go into the sound options in the system preferences it only shows the built in speaker option for output HELP!!!!

Was there an install disc that came with the sound sticks to load specific drivers? If not check the products' site and see if there are any software downloads for it.

did that already, and no drivers it's a mac issue they work on another machine

Welp it was just a guess. That's odd though. I take it the other machines aren't up to 10.4.7 that they worked on?

yeah was an xp media center machine

what happens if you plug an ordinary pair of headphones in?
