Sound, usb ports, and wireless don't work

When I switch to XP, none of those work, do I need to download drivers?

Seems like you haven't installed Boot Camp. When you install Windows XP through Boot Camp, insert your Mac OSX installation disc and install Boot Camp for Windows. After it is done and you restart your computer, everything should work fine.
