Sound with headphones

Sometimes, its 100% random but if i plug in headphones i will lose all sound on my mbp 13in and i will have to restart my mac to get sound back. Does anybody else have this issue?

I've certainly encountered this problem. I might be wrong about remembering the solution correctly, but I think you just need to go into the settings and change the sound output back.
