Soundblaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro

I understand that it is possible to get this card to work on OS X and to have 5.1 surround sound on speakers but is it possible to get this to work with headphones and have virtual surround sound for gaming?

There is little use for the Soundblaster cards anymore, as surround sound and EAX is already built into Windows 7/8. For surround speaker sound, you only need a surround speaker set with a digital audio input AFAIK.
