Soundboard programs question

I am looking for a soundboard program to use with a presentation. I want to be able to make my own clips and then push a button to have them playout as needed. The only requirement is that it is important to have as little as delay as possible (so for example, trying to use iTunes didnt work since there was a brief delay between tapping play and the clip playing.)
