Sounds headphones and Skype

Hello,

I noticed a problem with Mavericks: when I use headphone with my macbook air and I talk with someone on Skype he/she can hear not only my voice but also the music I am listening, videos etc. how to don't allow him/her to hear what I am listening to?!
