Sounds is not coming out of the speakers once I connect USB hub

I have iPad Pro that I use for my daily activities.

Recently, I bought a USB hub from the Amazon that support Ethernet port. Yesterday, I installed IPTV application to watch some Sports channels. I noticed that when I connect this multiport hub the sounds does not come out of the iPad's speakers.
I only connect the Ethernet port to the hub.

I am wondering if this is happening due to HDMI support on the hub.

Is there a way to change the sound output on the iPad please?
