Can anyone help please?
I've updated to iOS 10 and then to 10.0.2 and since the software update to iOS10 the camera shutter sound on my iPad Air 2 is very loud when taking pictures and screenshots. I've turned the Ringer and Alerts volume right down to nothing and also selected Mute in the control centre but still the camera shutter sound is at top volume.

My iPhone 6 and iPad Mini 3 are behaving totally normally on both software updates and the shutter sound is quiet as I usually have it. However, even with exactly the same settings I cannot make the iPad Air2 sound quieter.

Can anyone suggest what else I can do to reduce the sound volume?

Thank you in advance
