Sounds stop working after a few minutes

I had my iPhone 4 replaced today and restored it from backup. All sound inc ringer, message tones and music stop working after a few minutes and they work again after a power cycle... For a few minutes again. Any ideas please folks?

Seems a restore as new fixed the issue.

I spoke too soon - it's not working again!

Apple replaced it today. Said they'd never seen the issue before.

Must've been a factory problem, glad it was replaced
