Soundtrack Pro video won't play

STP Version 1.1
Quicktime 7.5

All of a sudden the video won't play when selected in the Soundtrack Pro browser. It's stuck on the opening frame and just flickers as if it's trying to play, but it won't. It does this until the time runs out then I receive the message - Nothing to inspect. This sounds like a Quicktime issue. Any ideas for a resolution?
