Hi

I was playing on my friends mac (i am yet to get mine, although will soon). He had a program called soundtrack. How does this differ to Garageband, are there any big differences? I'm mainly instrutred in the difference in quality when you plug an external instrument into the mac.

Soundtrack is more of a pro app. You can use it to compose music and sync it to a video.
