iPod touch "Source Error" in Cydia???

When im in cydia and i try to uninstall or install any apps i get the error message:

"Source Error
trying to overwrite '/system/library/internet plugins/ file download plugin.webplugin/info.plist', which is also in package com.hackulo.us.installous"

This was after installin the Bossprefs toggle for the Safari Download plugin.


How do I stop it giving me the error messages and delete the apps i want to delete???
