I had to restore my iphone 4s due to messing up some theme - got stuck on spinning circle. Anyway, im now back to square one, a fresh JB & ready to start downloading again.
Can someone please list the best 'safe' sources and tools i should get before i continue?

I was using winterboard, changing dock layout, carrier logo etc. i had dreamboard but those themes are bit confusing really - i just want to modify the default as much as i can(want to) without causing issues.
