Since installing the latest patch for Quicktime and Safari Spaces has stopped working properly.

Spaces still functions if I first manually select the space before opening an application by clicking its dock icon. But just clicking the application icon will not automatically open it in its assigned space. Clicking the dock icons for applications already running in the spaces (opened manually) will select the application but not switch to the space portal where is running.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Go to User/Library/Preferences. Delete the com.apple.quicktime.plist. and delete com.apple.safari.plist, and Com.apple.expose.plist. Then go to termainal and use "killall Finder" hit return, then "killall Dock" then reboot the computer. That should solve the issue.

I didn't see a "Com.apple.expose.plist" file but deleted the others and followed your instructions and it seems to work, except for CS4 which according to its documentation does not support spaces.

Thanks....
Chuck
